"Squirrel on the Kerrville River Trail" acrylic on canvas, 2024, 48x24 inches

This was originally designed for a mural but after that design became something else, I couldn't stop thinking about it and so I decided to paint it as a canvas instead. I felt very inspired by the beauty of the nature in this area. I really had fun with the atmospheric perspective on the trees in the background, and using all 7 colors on the tree in the front. This is professionally framed with a solid wood frame that compliments the trees.
