"Awaiting the Abyss" 2-color risograph print on 17 x 11 paper, limited edition of 100

This image speaks to the tension between man-made objects and nature. The sharp edges of the cube are in contrast to the fractals in the background, and it floats there seemingly detached in a precarious position - but at the top we see that everything is connected anyways. The black lines in the background initially came from the contours of a mountain range, although I modified them heavily through painting. The yellow is a halftone based on a computer generated fractal, and was added specifically for this run of risograph prints.
