"Self Portrait" acrylic on wood panel, 2019, 26x31 inches

Using a bright silver and deep black paint, I approached this artwork much like I would with a charcoal drawing, subtly exaggerating and enhancing the tones to create a more 3 dimensional image. The intense look on my face is a reflection of where I was at prior repenting and giving my life to Christ.
