"The Excorcist" 2-color risograph print on 11 x 17 paper, limited edition of 100

This image started as an improvisational freehand drawing in my sketchbook. I scanned that drawing in and painted and smoothed out the tones to make it ready for halftoning. I used a program I wrote to generate a fractal which grows from and follows the face I drew, and this was used to create contours for the halftone. This was then combined with circular halftone lines to allow for a two color risograph print. The pink is fluorescent and the print looks awesome under a black light!
